EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE We are looking for an experienced External Sales Representative to join our team. Job duties include • Develop and Build Enquiries and Make Sales within the specified and agreed territory • Make sales calls, presentations and prepare quotations • Prepare call reports • Build and Develop sales and prepare and build a distributor network • Work closely with our installer facilities • Represent the company with local government agencies and regulators • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers • Keep management informed by submitting weekly call reports, monthly call schedules and quarterly and yearly territory analyses • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and customer • Some overnight travel will be required • Prepare Sales Exhibits and attend Trade Shows • Prepare product cycles and prediction • Prepare development requests Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification and experience in the following : • Minimum 2 successful years in Telesales / Customer Service / Reception position • Excellent communication and listening skills • Positive and polite telephone manner • Have a passion for working with and building relationships with Customers • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Ten Key The Person Interested Candidates must be : • High Achievement drive and desire to succeed • Excellent Communication skills • Ability to develop own leads as well as work with prospect lists • Ability to Cold Call and Maintain Existing Accounts • Proven Track Record of Success • Ability to Demonstrate Innovative Products • Ability to build long-term relationships with Customers • Good Driving Record and reliable transportation • Attention to Detail • Organized and proven Time Management Skills • High Self Motivation • Comfortable Working to Strict Deadlines • Ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team • Ability and freedom to travel   Salary & Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a commission structure.
